You're already staying in one of the properties we manage — many of which we guided from an empty lot, through design and construction, to the rental home you're enjoying today. If you've ever thought "what would it take to have a place like this," this consultation is where that conversation starts. 

 We sit down together (in person or by video call) to understand what you're picturing — a personal getaway, a rental investment, or both — and give you an honest read on what's realistic for your budget, timeline, and the areas you're drawn to. We also keep a running list of beachfront lots and luxury homes that aren't publicly listed yet, so you may see options nobody else is showing you. If it makes sense to keep going, we'll map out next steps together, including finding land and guiding the entire design-and-build process if that's the route that fits.
